Compassion’s At The Door

In the book of Jude we are told that we are to show compassion making the difference here at C4I CHURCH we believe that to be apart of our mandate to impact the nations of the world.

Yashua (Jesus) said that the world  would identify us as his disciples through the love we show. It is with this vision that we share the gospel and assist the elderly and sick and shutin  in what ever we can through the Ministry Of Compassion’s At The Door.

King David in the latter part of if a lustrous life prayed this prayer found in Psalms 71 it reads like this….  Now as I grow old and my hair turns gray, I ask that You not abandon me, O God. Allow me to share with the generation to come about Your power;

Let me speak about Your strength and wonders to all those yet to be born. It is so easy to focus our attention on our own lives and forget not just the old but the sick and shut in as well. In all honesty this is exactly what our Lord command of his children not just us showing honor but remembering the elderly.

As a mother it pains me to see the elderly forsaken. At the age of 21 my mother passed away. Mom went home to be with the lord at 47 I never got to really be there for her the way she was there for me. I believe our older generation paided it forward.
